In fact, this may be one of the progressions I could use for this exercise. Currently, I will progress into an alternating situation, where two cables are being used, but one stays extended in front at all times. This produces a force that must be overcome through the core. I have not used only one cable with a client to date, but I will keep you posted when we progress to that point. Very interesting.stoffebthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14883623432648664292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1388905747564434338.post-518244876303011002009-07-16T19:21:53.541-07:002009-07-16T19:21:53.541-07:00great advice, will the exercise work with only one...great advice, will the exercise work with only one pully at a time?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15055224517213544242noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1388905747564434338.post-32138985980913768212009-07-16T17:25:07.934-07:002009-07-16T17:25:07.934-07:00sounds good, im gonna try itsounds good, im gonna try itMironhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04240867540107421128noreply@blogger.com
